The Chief Principal
Education for Life
I wish to thank the Almighty God who has been so faithful to us as a school. His Grace has been taking us from one level to another.
As a school, our vision and mission is to be a school of choice in providing high quality holistic education to the girl child and to offer her a diverse curriculum in a supportive and competitive environment that promotes excellence to fit well in the dynamic society. By embracing this vision and mission, we have been able to produce ladies of great moral values and influence in the society.
God has enabled us to do well in academics and co- curricular activities, we really thank Him for that gift of excellence. We have achieved this because of team work, zeal, dedication, commitment and sacrifice given by the BOM, PA, staff, students, parents and other stakeholders. We are purposing to perform better than the previous years and come out with quality grades that will see all our girls qualify for higher learning and get their dream careers.
I wish also to acknowledge the Ministry of Education for their input to our success especially in providing funds for infrastructure which has enabled us to put up various structures which have provided conducive learning environment for our girls and Teachers Service Commission for giving us an adequate number of teachers.
This year, The Kenya Gazette Vol. CXXIV - No.134 Published by Authority of the Republic of Kenya had a very special feature on the Awards of Orders, Decorations and Medals. In particular, in recognition of distinguished and outstanding services rendered to the nation in various capacities and responsibilities, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Forces of the Republic of Kenya, conferred me with a Head of State's Commendation (HSC) Award and Honour.
Dear readers, I have served this nation with diligence and commitment for over 30 years but little did I ever imagine such an honour will once be bestowed upon me because I never work focusing on recognition and honour.
My greatest focus has always been to better the lives and the future of the students that GOD has placed under my care. Indeed, I can honestly affirm to the words of Joe Frazier who said, "CHAMPIONS AREN'T MADE IN THE RING, THEY ARE MERELY RECOGNIZED THERE". With humility, I owe God and the St. Brigid's fraternity all thanks. With the same spirit, it is my prayer that the same anointing of distinguished and outstanding performance goes down to my staff, students, parents and other stakeholders.
PROVERBS 14:23(a) - Every hard work pays off....
With God, everything is possible. I strongly believe that St. Brigid's Girls High School is going far.
MAY THE GOOD LORD BLESS ST. BRIGIDS.
